Time Bomb

The last CT Angiography that was done had conformed that i have a Fusiform Aneurysm, not the usual baloon or secular type. It's on my right cerebral as u can see on the first pic of my Circle of Willis, and the blow-up 'map', hehehe is the en's Def Posn.

As all the neuro surgeons and neuro radiologists told me, no doctor on planet earth can conform whether the aneurysm will rupture or not, it may remain the same untill i die of other causes or it may just rupture now. 1/3 of his patients' aneurysm rupture while sleeping, so they can't restrict or positively advice me what activity will or will not detonate the time bomb. So basically i have a time bomb in my brain which is armed but unknown timing. Maybe the doctors on Mars would be able to advice me.

Because of the position and type of bomb that i have, which is located at centre of the cerebral, with a length of 8.8mm and a diameter of 4.8mm, makes it less accessible and increases post-op risks. If there were any tiny branches of blood vesels along that particular engorged area, that is bad news.

They also noticed some blur smear of blood in the surrounding area ,which suggested a leakage before (termed as warning leak) which might be the cause of my head aches, eyes pains & dizzyness. But since my complications started a month ago, so its almost impossible to trace those leaked 'bloody chaks' anymore.

At this very moment, i'm sitting at starbucks Sunway Medical Ctr, just got admitted, tomorrow they are going to perform Middle Cerebral Angiogram or what we would call 'close reconaissance' to investigate the aneurysm in detail to locate weak points (if any) in the En's Def Posn, any leakages if any, and also to record the detail lay out map of the Def Posn. Then the recce team will carik pasir and buat model and brief me on their attack plans, if it is feasible, according to our str, log sp, wpns, etc.

OK la, pening la, with the lampu romantika di tampoi, maybe i should go back my room, twin sharing with a uncle that can speak hokkien, and get some rest. Saw a cute nurse, not sure staff nurse or what because she wasn't wearing her hat.
