Obst Course or Astronaut Gymnast Trg?

No Wonder i dunt see any chinese soldier yg BMI >26.9.... These two 'thing' the left one is 4 u 2 stand like dat guy did and two other guys pushes u around up n down like mad. Like genting theme park, except no safety nets. On the right, stand inside with arms n legs streched out in star shape, hold n step on the appropriate places n turns u around like mad. If hands n legs nt strong siap. imagine those shorty ones, how uh?



This is like our commando course climb over, except dat when ur climbing, the PTI can release the chains so the whole net frame can turns freely, depending on ur posn n weight. On the right is the standard wall climb.


They have 12 other courses, but the monkey rack is damn tough, imagine the bars are not at same height levels, goin down ok, but goin up? and to make it tougher, the bars are nt soldered on solid frame like ours, but soldered on chains so it can actually moves and swing left to rite, so u have to grab hold of it on the middle (which is impossible) otherwise it swings u. But this one below really amuses me, its a free moving contenna like a ship wreck thingy. U get inside, they close doors n rocks the heck out of u, hmmm...
