Batu Keras Beijing

The beijing trip was fun but tiring, not used 2walking 2much, really miss my wrecked car now. We managed 2 visit The Greatwall at Badaling(north of beijing), summer palace, Temple of heaven, Tian'an men Square, Military muzeum and i managed 2 have booze in cafe batu keras alone!










After we climbed to one of the watch towers, found dat the walls r full of graffitis, and its all modern chinese characters, nt the ancient pictograms. Ther's sumthin like Ah Beng wuz here.... or Ah Kau Luvs Ah Moi.......hehehe.













We were nt allowed 2 go for private leisure trips, so i got permission 2 visit the DA n kononnye goin 2 hv dinner wit the former's family, heck anething just 2get out on 4my own trips(at nite). im sure d DA is enjoying his 1 week holiday taking his family around 4 trips. So i went out early, took d subway, had my all time fav McD dinner, compass marching n beijing tourist map reading n finally got 2 HRC at 2100Hrs, its at Landmark Hotel under Landmark Tower. Kinda far, not in ctr of beijing town but on the middle or 2nd ring road. There's as usual a 6 piece phillipino band playing, its retro music on wed nites. Thats me with the lead vocalist; Mark, the band was quite friendly n not surprisingly 3 of them played in malaysia b4 so they've picked up some malay. Drinks were damn expensives, 1JDcoke costs 60yuan, draft beer 40 yuan and cocktails ranges fm 55 - 85. shit. i had the Kuala Lumpur TrafficJam cocktail for 65yuan, 3 shots of my official JD n 1 perfect pint of tsing tao beer. To open btl JD costs 1000yuan!!! fuck!!. I had 2 control cos cant get drunk, im alone n had a long journey back 2 d military hotel, had 2 take a cab, jump 2 subways n a trishaw 2 get back!!!!



Me almost got wasted, abit tipsy in my fav shade of RED . This HRC is the biggest in Asia, its huge, has 2floors, huge dining area which turns into dance floor after 2nd set, has a working phonebooth on upperdeck. Merchandise r expensive as well! in HRC KL Tshirts r like 55-65 MYR, here its 160-180 RMB! Guys, i cant squezee all my pics here, gonna try a photo blog or online album thingy 2 share more pics.
